Sujok therapy is a holistic treatment that uses massage, acupuncture, acupressure, magnets, light, color, and seeds to stimulate the hands and feet. The term “Sujok” comes from the Korean words su meaning hands and jok meaning feet.

“Sujok’s aim is to balance the of imbalanced energy in the body…. the tissues, the cells and the organs.” Advanced Sujok uses needles to balance the energy and it is called Six Ki treatment which harmonises energy on the physical, emotional and even the Chakra plane. Sujok therapy is two dimensional.

How It Works?

Sujok Therapy applies pressure to specific points on the hands and feet, which correspond to different body parts and organs. By stimulating these points through massage, acupressure, or other techniques, Sujok therapy aims to:

  • Promote healing: Improve circulation, reduce pain, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
  • Balance energy flow: Address imbalances in energy believed to underlie various conditions.
  • Enhance well-being: Promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.

Sujok has been found to be generally effective in treating physical ailments, as well as anxiety and depression, though it is not a replacement for traditional medical treatment. Therefore, Sujok can be an effective adjunct therapy for mental illness in conjunction with other forms of treatment.

“We love sujok because it simplifies the entire UNIVERSE”

Su-jok is absolutely safe for human beings and does not have any side effects. Sujok rings are designed for a thorough stimulation of the fingers & toes.

Su means hand while jok means foot. Sujok produces no side effects. This therapy is 100% safe, simple and easy to perform even by the patients. Since hands and feet are the locations of systems of active points corresponding to all organs and parts of the body, stimulation of these points produces a curative effect.

Step 1: Identify corresponding parts

With the pit of the stomach as the center, rotate your head 140 degrees so that the parts of your hand correspond to specific parts of your body. For example, the thumb corresponds to the head and neck, the palm to the abdominal region, and the middle and ring fingers to the legs.

Step 2: Stimulate points

Stimulate the tender points on the hands and feet that correspond to the affected areas of the body. You can use natural seeds and plants to stimulate the acupressure points. For example, you can apply a black pepper seed to a tender point on the thumb to treat a runny nose.

Step 3: Massage

Massage the tender points until they are no longer painful.

Sujok therapy is two dimensional. “It works on the physical dimension and the other on the metaphysical dimension. The best part of Sujok is that, unlike other acupressure and acupuncture therapies, where one requires to learn the corresponding nerve points and then practice under professional guidance. In Sujok therapy all the nerve points of the body are located specifically on the hands and feet. The most important point to be kept in mind is that all these points are located on both hands and feet so that the entire treatment can be done by locating the points on just one hand or foot.
